The GTG PosseTaken with the Tamron 28-75. L->R Banmorn, Giega, Skiprow, Simms65's girlfriend (can't remember her name, soz), Simms65, Langdon (with Drew behind him), ClubJuggle, Nova, Rich, and Blemt. Real names are things I forget too easily, sorry :o)

Back To BasicsTaken with the Canon 70-200. Langdon, remembering how to take photos again :o) I think he was shooting his 'wrong' shot at the time...

Grrr!Taken with the Canon 70-200. Langdon, smiling for the camera as always :o)

Reflected GodsTaken with the Canon 70-200. Reflective surfaces are useful things, especially when people don't realise you're taking a photo of them ;o) Langdon was in the process of taking his 'clara clara clara' shot when I took one.

Girls In RedTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Whilst sitting in the Old Post Office, these two little girls danced past, obviously enjoying the atmosphere of the day. Through luck rather than planning I happened to have my camera pointing in the right direction, and managed to grab this shot of them.

Rapt AttentionTaken with the Canon 70-200 and Canon 1.4x Extender II. One of the numerous little kids sitting on the raised flowerboxes, watching the small live music stage in the middle of the street festival.

Curving ColonnadeTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Wandering a little away from the Cherry Blossom street festival, I came across this colonnade which was just begging for a photo. I somehow managed to get a shot without anyone else in it, which was amazing given the crowds around.

ThirstyTaken with the Tamron 28-75. While wandering the Mall with skiprow, we found a building with a big fountain in the middle, from which this dalmation was taking a quick drink.

Pre-Sunset BlossomTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Looking across the tidal basin towards the Jefferson memorial.

Sunset BlossomTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Same place, a few minutes later - the light was simply amazing!

Capturing The ColoursTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Tripods - check, orange sunset - check, cherry blossom - check. Could we ask for anything more? :o)

Monumental MotionTaken with the Tamron 28-75. Inspired by Skiprow, I played about with some motion shots, and this one of the Washington Monument with the car & building lines streaked in front just worked perfectly.

Capitol BlossomTaken with the Tamron 28-75. A quick (if somewhat illegal due to tripod usage) shot of the capitol building, framed by some late-night cherry blossom.
